Which assistant channels are included?+
In-app chat, voice, email intake, and Slack all run on the same brain and the same tool catalog on Pro and Family plans.
Can the assistant really change my data?+
Yes — it can add, update, and delete across every category, and it confirms with you before destructive actions or outbound calls.
Is my private information safe on Slack?+
Vault entries, admin tools, and real phone calls are blocked over Slack. Those stay in the app and voice channels only.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel in one click from your Billing page. You keep access until the period ends.
What happens after my trial ends?+
Your account moves to the Free plan — premium features go read-only, your data stays intact, and you can upgrade whenever.
Family plan — how do seats work?+
Family includes up to 5 seats. The owner invites by email; members get their own account sharing family categories and the grocery list.
Do you offer refunds?+
