The 14-day trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No card is charged during the trial. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, your account moves to the Free plan automatically — there is nothing to refund.
Monthly and annual subscriptions
Charges are non-refundable, and we do not pro-rate partial months. You can cancel at any time from your Billing page; access continues to the end of your current billing period and your subscription will not renew.
When we will refund
We will refund or credit a charge in these situations, no questions asked:
- You were charged twice for the same period.
- You cancelled before the renewal date but were still charged — write to us within 30 days of the charge.
- The Service was substantially unavailable for an extended period during the billing cycle.
Goodwill refunds
If something else went wrong, write to hello@planit.me within 30 days of the charge and we will work with you in good faith.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection laws, including (where applicable) the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EEA and UK.
