plan.It is built for personal and family productivity. To keep the Service safe and reliable for everyone, you agree not to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Send unsolicited communications, spam, phishing content, or harass other people through family invitations or shared lists.
- Store or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system, or breach or circumvent any authentication, rate-limit, or security measure.
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service except as expressly permitted by law.
- Generate excessive automated load. The Service is designed for human-scale personal and family use; we may rate-limit or block traffic patterns that look automated.
- Use the AI Assistant features to produce content that is illegal, deceptive, harmful, sexually explicit involving minors, or designed to facilitate violence or self-harm.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written permission.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
- Use family seats to share a single account beyond the intended household — the Family plan is for up to five distinct people, not bypassing per-seat pricing.
Enforcement
Violations may result in temporary suspension, account termination, removal of offending content, refusal of service, or, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
